Vegan Diet Foods List

7 Benefits Of Eating Raw Foods! Nurse’s Secrets!   by Helen Hecker

If you’re thinking about eating raw foods or adding more raw foods to your diet, I can tell you from personal experience that when I started eating raw foods many years ago, all my dozens of ailments literally disappeared in the first month. I had a list of diseases including breast cancer, fibromyalgia, GERD, acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, sinus problems, headaches, gum disease, etc. Other raw fooders report similar experiences.

Here are just a few of the benefits you may experience on a vegan, living food diet or as it’s usually called – a raw food diet:

1. The most important benefit of a raw food diet is the fact that many ailments, conditions and diseases will disappear. It’s established that a plant food diet will boost your immune system and help your body recover from many diseases including diabetes and heart disease. Blood pressure will normalize in most cases. Plaque will no longer build up and threaten your heart and blood vessels. And any plaque that you have now will break up and float away.

2. A raw food diet is a natural weight loss diet. You can lose weight fast and safely. And you’ll find that you are healthier than you’ve ever been at the same time. I lost ten pounds fast by eating only mostly raw foods, no supplements either.

3. A raw food diet provides plenty of the body’s requirements for carbohydrates, the right fats and protein. There are hundreds of phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals, enzymes, water and fiber packed into fruits, veggies. nuts and seeds.

4. Your immune system will be boosted and you’ll be in a better position to fight off any colds, flu or any new diseases that might be thinking about cropping up. You just won’t get sick very often or at all if you’re eating a raw food diet. It’s a natural raw food detox diet too.

5. You won’t need all the supplements you’re taking. Many supplements try to copy nutrients, vitamins and minerals. But what’s little known is that many of these nutrients only work properly with other nutrients and chemicals in living or raw food and many of these have not been discovered. Taking the isolated nutrient may do no good and be a waste of money.

6. You’ll likely need less sleep than you do now and it will be rested, refreshing sleep. I started sleeping five hours a night after starting to eat raw foods and still after many years only need five hours a night.

7. You’ll find you won’t need all the pills you’re taking and can get rid of many or all, of them saving you from all the risks to your body that are happening right now that you cannot see! Kidney and liver transplant lists are teeming with people who have damaged their livers and kidneys with pills, medicines and medications, even over-the-counter medications are risky and combined with the wrong medication can kill you. Check with your doctor first before giving any of your meds up though.

There are dozens of other good benefits of eating raw foods, or going on a predominately raw food diet, too many to list here. Just being able to get rid of long held ailments and diseases and enjoying a healthy weight loss should be a good reason to start eating raw foods like I do.
