The Weight Loss Black Book is a quick weight loss program that’s written so the average person can understand and follow. I found this 59 page book full of useful information that gave me a simple way to determine portion sizes and a way to think about eating 5-6 meals a day without stressing over it.

This book was written by a man that has English as his second language so you will find spelling and grammar errors. If these types of errors bother you enough that you cannot accept the information that’s presented in a straight forward manner, this book is not one you should buy.

In case you don’t already know it, diets don’t work for very long.

The reason diets don’t work is your body thinks you are starving because you drastically reduced your food intake. Once the body enters starvation mode, it stores fat, lowers your metabolism and burns lean muscle tissue for fuel.

To eliminate your fat and keep it off, you need to make a complete lifestyle change. This book showed me that change doesn’t need to be drastic or painful.

This book isn’t as complete as I’d like it to be but it’s a good start and gives those of us that have failed in the past a plan we can comfortably follow for life.

The author of the book gives you a chance to subscribe to a list that will get you bonuses and future updates. The person I bought this book from also offers a free update and he runs a website with home remedies on it and other information for taking control of your health naturally.

Another good thing about this book is I was given videos of exercises to look at. This let me see people doing stuff I’m capable of doing.

There were also links to pictures of men and women that showed their before and after pictures from good diets and exercise. They weren’t people that had used this quick weight loss program but they were real people AND the exercises they did were listed and none of them are difficult or time consuming.
