Lose Arm Fat Exercises
How To Lose Fat around arm?
I always have big arms compare to my body… In last month I lose 15 pounds but I am not able to lose my arms…..I would like to lose my arm fat in one month….please help? suggest any exercise… : )
It’s not that easy, you can’t burn fat from specific part of the body by exercising it’s muscles – the so-called spot reduction is complete myth.
Except from liposuction, which i think you won’t seriously consider, your only option is to burn generally as much fat as you can, earlier or later at least some of it will come from your arms. Sorry to disappoint.
However, if you want not to only lose fat from your arms but also gain some muscle mass – go for weight lifting. That’s probably best exercise to build arm muscles.
