For women, their fat receptors are more active in their thighs and hip regions. This is why men are more likely to have big bellies than women and why proportionately more women complain of having hips and butts that are too big.
So, how do you conquer these fat receptors in your tummy area. You first need to look at your diet and address the shortcomings there. You have got start eating more veggies, fruits and replace fat meats with lean meat. This change in your diet will cause a reduction in your sugar and fat intake - which is a great springboard for you to lose tummy fat.
Don’t overeat even on healthy food. Essentially you want to starve the fat (although you need some fat) and feed your muscles.
Speaking of muscles, the next thing you want to do is build them up. You don’t have to lift weights in order to do so. There are other type of exercises that you can do to achieve this aim. The more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism will run and the faster you can lose tummy fat.
The key here is to do the right combination of exercises that will see you lower your body fat – faster then you ever dreamed possible.
