Apple Cider vinegar and weight loss?

So, I just read an article on using apple cider vinegar and baking soda to help promote weight loss, does this help it at all? I am just curious, since I am on a diet now, and I would like to curb my appetie a bit more so I’m not eating as much. Thanks for the help!

Apple cider vinegar has been an “old wives” remedy for centuries, helping many ailments as well as minimally helping with weight loss.

The vinegar (acids) supposedly aid in digestion and help flush the system, while the baking soda is to help maintain a ph balance in the system. Some claims say that the vinegar helps prevent the body from absorbing too much fat.

Vinegar also acts as a mild appetite depressant, and its major benefit is that it very, very effective at curbing a sweet tooth.

So, overall, there is enough anecdotal evidence that vinegar is both an aid to weight loss and overall health. If you’re system starts becoming too acidic (good gold will leave dark marks on your skin), increase your baking soda.
