Unless you are obese you will not lose that much fat in 2 weeks. You can lose that much weight in water, muscle, and some fat, but that is not healthy. Don’t starve yourself and stay hydrated. Eat at least 2000 calories of healthy food all day and be sure to eat protein, whole wheat and grains, and dairy products. Most people trying to lose weight eat their fruits and vegetables anyway. Don’t cut back on grains. Some diets say cut out on bread and that sort of thing, but don’t. You’re body needs the grains and wheat. Drink enough so that your pee is mostly clear. Sleep at least 8 hours and exercise.
Here are some exercises you can do without going to a gym: Run, run, and run some more. Do long distance runs, short distance runs, and interval training. If you are new to running just do it at a slow steady pace for 10 minutes or slow and gradually get faster and add time. Do pushups, situps, bicycle situps, planks, squats, lunges, pullups, dips, and jumping jacks. Be sure to stretch every day and give your body at least 1 or 2 days of rest a week.
I would like to add that do not cut out any food groups like some suggested. What you need to do is cut out processed junk food, fast food except for SubWay, and sodas. Tea and sweat tea is fine, so is juices but do not drink more than an 8 ounce glass of them a day. A snack could be a handful or 2 of trail mix or some fruit like grapes.

For starters drop the soda if you drink that and cut out all the junk food. Drink lots of water and start eating breakfast lunch dinner etc like 5 small meals exercise

I think you can lose at least 15 pounds or so with healthy eating and exercising, because i lost 17 pounds in about 2 weeks and this is what I did and I’m still doing to lose weight.
I just eat vegetables and fruits mostly and for dinner I alternate between chicken, fish or sometimes shrimp low fat meals. Ii don’t eat anything fried, because it’s more fatening and I eat in small portions. I also drink only healthy drinks like, lemon water made out of fresh lemons and no sugar in it and I drink plenty of water. I do drink Coffee in the morning when I eat breakfast, but I only have one cup a day, because too much caffeine is not good either. I then work out at home on my Treadmill for at least 45 minutes a day. Also, if I eat after 8pm, then I only stick to fruits and veggies to munch on or fat free crackers.
This is what I have been doing, but basically if you eat healthy and workout you will lose at least 10 pounds or so in two weeks. But Don’t ever starve yourself to lose weight because that’s too dangerous and it doesn’t work.
You don’t have go running outside to workout if you don’t want to or your mom won’t let you…. Just do at least a 1/2 hour workout of some sort in the house, like jumping rope, even if it’s an imaginary rope, dancing, sit ups and running up and down the stairs will also help and will lose some weight..

The faster diet I know is diet oshawa. It consist in eating only wheat and rice ( boiled ) for one week or two ( depends in how much you want to lose you can lose 10- 25 pounds again depending on how much time you do it. also do not eat the rice or wheat with bread or different sauces or something with it -no no no, also you have to drink only water simple water. The first 3-4 days you are going to feel a little tired and sleepy but after you will feel full of energy, if you want to lose more you should also do some sport but it is not obligatory, the diet is also purifier for your body, after you do the diet you should start to eat fruits and legumes and lactates or you can wait one more week for lactates then you can return to your normal diet. I run on an eliptical everyday, how long should I do it?

I usually like eating fishsticks, cheerios, veggie burgers, vegetables and rice, or soup, but I would like to how to tell if a food is too fattening for me?
In the past 2 weeks I’ve managed to go from weighing 140-142 to 10 lbs lighter, should I just keep this up?

Eliptical – 4 or 5 times a week for 30mins.
Do some full body strength training.
Have a low sugar cereal for breakfast and 5 servings of veggies.
Soup and veggie burgers are packed with sodium, this leaves you bloated adding maybe 5lbs of just water weight.
I’m not sure if you’re vegetarian, if not try adding some lean protein.
Snack of almonds or nuts, they are filling and healthy.
Also drink lots of water.
I’m also 130 and would like to lose 10lbs. I’m going to do the above, and expect to drop 10lbs in about 2 months. Remember because we are not overweight, the weight won’t come off fast. So we have to be patient.
